In 2017, Instagram and it's parent company Facebook began changing their content and privacy policies in reaction to pubic anger over Russian interference in the 2016 election. We were approximately two months shy of being grandfathered into the old policy which I believe was eliminated after Mark Zuckerberg's testimony to Congress the following year anyway.

This necklace encourages social media engagement. When content is uploaded to Instagram using a predetermined hashtag(s), the device (necklace) will light up.
The project was successful, however the application was never actually realized because our use case request to Instagram was denied.
